Francis J Rizzo

Francis J Rizzo

Co-Founder | President

Frank has been active in the real estate in the real estate industry for 19 years as a Broker, Owner, Asset Manager and Investor. He has been directly involved in over $65,000,000 in assets; ranging from single family homes, multi-family buildings, non-performing loans and manufactured housing communities. He and his team have overseen the sales of over $200,000,000 worth of residential and commercial real estate throughout his career.
As a sponsor, Frank looks for opportunities to isolate and create higher than average returns for his investors through securing undervalued assets where targeted capital improvements, management efficiencies and increased cash flow generate values.
He has personally overseen the renovation on over 70 properties developing a reputation for delivering projects on time and on-budget.

In addition to his real estate business, Frank stays active in the industry and the community. He was a two term treasurer for the Staten Island Board of Realtors where he currently sits on the executive committee. He is an ambassador for the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation, a Director for the South Shore Bid and a member of a number of civic associations.

 

Eric Busuttil

Co-Founder | Vice President

Eric has an extensive background in finance having graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from St. John’s University. Upon graduation he earned his Series 3 license and was a currency broker prior to moving in to the mortgage market where he developed a residential and commercial platform.

With over 16 years’ experience in mortgage finance, Eric has personally originated over $300,000,000 in loans. As a branch manager he has overseen over 30 loan officers, consistently leading a team that was a top performing in a various organizations. Eric is a licensed NYS Real Estate Instructor and a co-founder of the New York School of Real Estate.

 

As a co-founder of Stone Capital, Eric’s experience has helped build an organization with a 7 figure rent roll and double digit returns for investors in multiple opportunities.

Paula Gates

Regional Manager

With 16 years of experience in the Manufactured Housing Space, Paula has operated a Regional manager for Stonetown Capital and Equity Lifestyles.

Her work in driving efficiencies and maintaining high occupancy rates through out a diverse portfolio has earned her accolades and awards at multiple companies, including

Being named, “Rookie of the Year,” for Equity Lifestyle.

Paula has also ran an asset management company, handling renovations and maintenance issues for lenders throughout the Southeast.
